Sweet summertime

Summertime is such a sweet and special time. While lessons are still given, and work is still done, it’s more relaxed.

Summertime fun

It was a wonderful first week of the summer term! The children were excited to see their friends and work and play together. In keeping with the summertime theme, we began learning about the ocean! The children enjoyed working with the ocean animals, seashells, and painting their very own oceanscape. We enjoyed a snack of blue jello and goldfish. And of course, water day was the absolute favorite day this week!

Field Day Fun!

Field Day and the last week of the year was so much fun! The children enjoyed the bounce house, shark walk, water tables, and more that made up Field Day. The rest of the week was spent enjoying the time together. The end of the school year is always a bittersweet time, as we reflect on and celebrate the growth each child has made. While some friends have moved away, and others are moving on to the next program level, each child is leaving here with a piece of each of our hearts. It’s been an absolutely fantastic year, and we are so grateful for the time we’ve had with your children!

Celebrations

This time of year is such a busy and joyful time, full of celebrations. Last week we celebrated our amazing moms, next week we will celebrate the end of another beautiful school year, and this week we were so fortunate to celebrate Griffin as he reached a crucial health milestone. Community is such an important part of life. Thank you for being a part of ours!
